Hi, I’m Halley, the artist behind Comet Inks.

Art has always been my way of connecting with people. I’ve been drawing for almost 20 years, and tattooing and permanent makeup allow me to connect with others while fully flourishing in my passion for art. Every client who sits in my chair comes in with their own story, and I consider it an honor to help turn those moments, memories, and feelings into something permanent and meaningful.

I specialize in custom tattooing and permanent makeup, with a focus on clean design, precision, and intentional placement. I care just as much about how the experience feels as how the final piece looks. Whether it’s your first tattoo, finally saying goodbye to those 90’s brows, or getting a piece you’ve been dreaming about for years, I take the time to make sure you feel comfortable, heard, and confident throughout the process.

I believe tattooing and PMU should feel collaborative, not rushed, and I’m always honest about what will work best for your body and your vision.
